PREDmafa

PREDmafa is an online prediction system for prediction of peptides binding to Mafa MHC class I alleles. For prediction of MHC binding peptides in a protein, select the MHC alleles of your interest and paste the protein sequence in the textbox. Following revised nomenclature, the alleles formerly named Mafa-A*250201, -B*4501, and -B*5101, will be referred to as Mafa-A1*063:02, -B*011:01, and -B*075:01, respectively. The training datasets used for building the scoring matrices: A1*063:02 8-mer dataset, A1*063:02 9-mer dataset, B*011:01 9-mer dataset, B*075:01 9-mer dataset.
